The mountain landscape surrounding Merano is paradise for nature lovers and mountain hikers. A place full of power and tranquillity, perfect for letting go and unwinding.

Perfect hiking trails, a mild climate and wonderful clear views. We arrange the weekly hiking programme according to your wishes and to your fitness. Guided hikes 2-3 times a week.

Family Pföstl and the Alpine Club are looking forward to explore the region along with you. Walking distances 3 - 6 hours.

The hiking area in the Schenna district consists of more than 200 km of hiking trails and the area around Meran 2000/Hafling offers an additional 300 km at every altitude.  There are five cable-car facilities and two chair lifts, which will help conquer the heights.

Hike in South Tyrol, move around in Schenna, appreciate the natural fragrances, enjoy the view, walking bare foot over lush green Alpine meadows or simply sit on the grass. Enjoy the South Tyrolean sun and breathe in the fresh mountain air…
