General information

• All rooms equipped with phone (direct outward dialling), safe, radio, TV with satellite reception
• Double bedrooms used as singles: supplement 30% type A & B
• Solarium: € 9,-
• Bathrobe rental. 9€ per stay
• In case you don't take a dinner, 10€ will be deducted
• Dogs are only allowed after agreement and are not allowed to enter the dining hall or the spa. Weekly allowance: 49€
• Single basement garage: 11€ per day
• Free parking area
• We are not able to confirm a precise room number or floor
• On the day of arrival rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure we would like to ask you to check out at 11:00 a.m.
• We would like to ask you to arrive/depart around the weekend
• Our all inclusive offer begins at the day of arrival, 12:00 a.m. and ends on the day of departure, 11:00 a.m.
• Method of payment: We accept all currencies and credit / E.C. cards (handling fee 1%)
• Cancelations have to be confirmed in writing. In case of shortdated cancelations (30 days before the arrival date) and departure ahead of schedule, we charge 70%. If we are able to rebook the room, no cancelation fee will be charged.
